    Research & Training

There is an auditorium for holding scientific conferences and academic research and training programs. There is a weekly combined discussion with all departments regarding decision making for the management of patients. There are regular journal meets to update knowledge and In-house training programmes for nurses, doctors etc. Regular training programmes are conducted for pediatricians and general practitioners for identification and treatment of congenital heart disease.

The institute is committed for excellence in academics and training for young professionals. Research is an integral part of functioning here; in fact, it is a way of life at Innova. Because, Innova firmly believes that research in any science is essential to make a progress for the betterment of the society. In any setup, dealing with children’s heart disease, it becomes mandatory to conduct research into the causation and pathogenic mechanisms of disease, since it still remains unknown or somewhat mysterious. This becomes even more imperative and assumes urgency with regard to disease afflicting people, especially among innocent children. A center for exclusive study of heart disease as occurring in children is unknown in India. At our institute, we wish to organize such a center to cater to the needs of the children of third world countries.
