After the post graduation from Madras Medical College Chennai, worked as Assistant professor in P.S.G. Medical hospital, an undergraduate and postgraduate teaching institute, Coimbatore, for 4 years. After completion of DNB Cardiology in Care institute of Medical sciences, Hyderabad Joined in Care hospital in the department of pediatric cardiology as a consultant.

She has special interest in Pediatric cardiology and pediatric interventions. Apart from non invasive pediatric cardiology work, Interventional works in pediatric cardiology includes, Diagnostic cardiac catheterizations, Therapeutic interventions such as: Percutaneous Device closure of ASD,VSD&PDA and perventricular device closure, Coil closure of PDA and MAPCAS, Percutaneous Balloon valvotomy of P.S, A.S, Vascular plugging of coronary AV fistulas and AP collaterals& PDA stenting in duct dependant circulation.
