She has trained in Pediatric Cardiology at the Great Ormond Street Hospital & Royal Brompton Hospital in London. She has worked at LTMG Hospital, Sion & Asian Heart Institute in Mumbai.

She has presented several award-winning research papers & has numerous publications. Besides having served as Editor of Pediatric Clinics of India, she is also a PG teacher recognized by Mumbai University.
