He trained in Jawaharlal postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, Pondicherry and Post graduate institute of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh.

He received advanced training in Cardiac anesthesia from institute of cardiovascular disease, Madras Medical Mission Chennai. He worked as a consultant pediatric cardiac Anesthetist at Apollo Children's Heart Hospital, Hyderabad for 3 years. Presently he is in charge for Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesia and Critical Care Medicine. He presented many scientific papers in national and international conference and delivered many guest lectures. He is good at handling the tiny, newborn babies.
